Stronger Poland, Hungary give central Europe EBRD's only 2014 upgrade
Among emerging economies that it monitors in eastern Europe and southern Mediterranean, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has raised forecasts only for central Europe while downgrading all others, including seeing Russia in contraction.
