The cheapest way is to have friends or someone coming from the States bring it. Besides that depending on the weight and how soon you need it, UPS or mailing it book rate might be fastest.

It depends on how quikly you want to recieve it. If it weights under 4 lbs, you can send it air letter post which takes 4 to 7 days, economy letter post is usually alot cheaper, but it takes 4 to 6 weeks. If it weights over 4 lbs then it would have to go parcel post, and insurance in automatic. Express mail is sometimes pricey, but you have automatic insurance, and tracking and it takes 3 to 5 business days.

Man, don't try to do business like this! sometimes what you don't pay cost more. A specialized company will tell you anything about it. Don't rush, make all calculations and you will find out the proper way.
