Why do you ask? Depending on where you are it goes all the way from ancient stone huts where you have to carry the water in in buckets - extremely seldom and only in remote areas - to modern western standards - much more common. Standard living conditions in cities are flats, often with central heating, with hot and cold water, with electric power, and shopping in walking distance. Stoves, ovens, washing machines , and other household appliances adhere to western European standards - which means they are in average as good or better as the stuff you can buy in the US. Air conditioning is not common.
