I live in Hungary and i have a PS3, but i tryed to use the PSstore but thats not wotking in Hungary, so i made a US registration but if i try to download something thats not for free i cant because at the bank where i asked for credit card my adress is registered at hungary and it says the adress is not valis (And it's right cuz' i live in Hungary) -so i simply cant use the add-on features What can id with it??????

In general: I'd go out and get a paypal account setup. if not paypal go with another reputable company such as google's checkout. Once the account is fully setup, then you can use that to do your online shopping. It's not the best solution, but it would at least give you the ability to buy at a lot of sites (sites that support those types of electronic payment methods). If you decide to go with a lesser well known company and its US/canada based you can use the better business bureau to help decide whether or not its a legitimate company (url below) Now in this case, I'd try contacting (by phone or email) the ps store to see what you can do. Chances are if you can get someone on the phone you can get this straightened out. They can probably take your credit card over the phone.
