Your US citizen father need to file a petition for you (F-130 ). check out the website below for all intructions on how to.

well, your father needs to file an I-130 for you. once the petition is approved, it will be sent to the National Visa Center. what happens after than depends on how old you were when your father filed the petition. if you're under 21, it falls into the IR-2 category and will be processed for an interview in Budapest. that will take a couple months or so. however, if you're over 21, that falls into a different category, F1, and that will take 6 years from the time your father filed it before it's valid for use. aside from the USCIS and State Department websites, you can find information on the embassy website as well, http://hungary.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visas.html

Your US citizen father will need to file an I-130 and the G325a ( g325a also for him) with the filing fee. Submit with application: A copy of your passport 4 passport pictures birth certificate Passport / naturalization certificate (father) 2 passport pictures (father) Birth certificate (father) After he files for that here in the US, you will be informed by the department of state when they are ready to interview you. Before they schedule your interview they will ask your father for his federal tax return and submit an I-864 (affidavit of suppport) and the DS230 form, bank statements and/ or other documents and to pay the visa and biometrics fee. During that time you will need to contact the US embassy to get a listing of the USCIS approved doctors in your area to do your medical. Your regular doctor cannot do this exam. You must not tamper with the medical Please note that if your father's name is not on your birth certificate you both will have to submit to a DNA test department of state will inform you if they require it. It usually takes about a year to five years for you to get your green card.
