if you live in New Zeland or California, it's pretty obvious that you can surf, or if you live in the Alps than winter sports... but what about those who live somewhere in central Europe?

it's obvious that you can surf in hungary too but in a different way, because there're no waves here. however ther're surfers in the lake balaton. what they are waiting for on that waveless lake, you could ask, and I really don't know, to put it mildly. you can jump right in the highest and very scenery peak of hungary from a regular bus service and you are now in the vertiginous altitude of 1016 m. in the margin there are 3 ski and 2 or 3 skeleton pathes. the hungarian waterpolo, cayak, cenoe, modern pentatlon and fencing are not just world famous but unique too. just watch the medals in the olimpics' history. in the case you want to spare your body from the amortization but you're really committed to drown, fall, bleed to death, paralise, go blind it's very easy in this country without challenge to highest standard of any sport. the healthcare system can compensate almost everything which can hit you in new zealand or in the alps.
