You don't. Get a Schengen Agreement visa. You apply via the Embassy of the country where you will first arrive. As far as I know there are no direct flights between the Philippines and Hungary. Decide your flight plan then apply to the appropriate country. Via Vienna might be the simplest route. Ian M
