I bought an item from the US and i currently live in Hungary. When i tracked my package on the phone it said it arrived in hungary, but when i checked to online it said this: Attempted Delivery Abroad, May 27, 2011, 7:02 pm, NORWAY Out of Foreign Customs, May 26, 2011, 10:26 pm, NORWAY Into Foreign Customs, May 26, 2011, 7:18 pm, NORWAY Arrived Abroad, May 26, 2011, 7:18 pm, NORWAY International Dispatch, May 13, 2011, 5:04 pm, ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Arrival Processed through Sort Facility, May 12, 2011, 5:34 pm, FAYETTEVILLE, AR 72701 Electronic Shipping Info Received, May 12, 2011 Shipment Accepted, May 12, 2011, 4:04 pm, FAYETTEVILLE, AR 72701 Norway??!! how come it says its in norway???????? and on the phone why did it say it is in hungary???? im confused??!!!

Norway might be the overseas reporting/customs/distribution station for the carrier. When you check it online, does the ship to address come up on their system correctly? If yes, I would not worry about it too much - however, it would not hurt to get a rep on the line and ask they put a trace on it to verify where it is.

The only strange thing is the "Attempted Delivery Abroad". It should say "delivered for abroad" if it was left Norway (please check the previous two lines, it was entered the EU area in Norway, that's all), as the "Attempted delivery" used to be an unsuccessful attempt. Also this information is a little bit delayed always, so it's possible, that the package is IN Hungary, and the list was not updated yet. So, it's even possible, that the package was simply not delivered to You yet. Try to check Your tracking number here: http://posta.hu/object.853228c6-6569-433d-a02d-46518e37d554.ivy As this is the Hungarian post's tracking service. You can also ask for Your package in the hungarian post, but I suggest You to ask somebody who speaks hungarian, as the hungarian post is not famous by it's english knowledge.
