Ugh! This could be a difficult one. I would ask a local attorney how to go about it. Good luck.

Hi, I am an American who lives part-time in Hungary. I asked my Hungarian husband what you should do. He said that perhapes the US Consulate in Hungary could make a suggestion of a lawyer for you. Every district here has their court houses. I have looked in my English,Hungarian phone book and will give you a few numbers to call, I hope they will be of asstistance to you. It doesn't state what kind of law they practice only one does here goes: Family Law: Dr. Laszlo Istvan Fekete Phone: (011-36-1) 344-5943 Fax: 342-5075 Address: 1071 Budapest Damjanich U. 42 Hungary This is a Judical Expert: Miklos Engert (011-36-1-) 220-6870 Antal Bacsi (011-36-1) 408-2449 Laszlo Miadoniczki (011-36-1) 261-5772 This was under courts and prosecutors: Birosagok (011-36-1) 357-4333 I hope these will be of some help to you, good luck, you may have to sent someone over here to check things out. They have alot of red-tape here on some things. He seems to have a case, the children automaticlly have to share everything after a living spouse.Good luck....p.S. It is beautiful here... This was under courts and prosecutors:
